Online and Traditional Data Entry Verification Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide online and traditional data entry verification services for potentially four to eight million pieces of documentation from all sources. The agency needs to solve the problem of processing and verifying data for approximately 1.6 million income tax returns, business tax filings, property tax reimbursements, rebate applications, and various other fees, taxes, and documents. The scope of work covers both online and traditional data entry processes to ensure accurate data capture from various agency streams. The online process requires using digitally imaged documents to enter, verify, and correct data from scanned page-sized documents. This online scope includes handling digital documents captured by key-from-image data entry, intelligent character recognition, and optical character recognition within the documents and remittance activity management system or data cap systems. The traditional process requires manual data and capture retrieval keying from paper forms with either fixed or variable lengths. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency will award a contract period of three years. A pre-quote submission conference will take place on July 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 17, 2026.
