RFI for P-Card Commercial Card Compliance Solution

The agency is seeking a P-card commercial card compliance solution to support its municipal P-card program. This solution must accommodate multiple departments and cardholders, offering standard functionalities such as individual cardholder accounts, department and program hierarchy management, and merchant category code (MCC) controls. The system should also support transaction amount limits, restricted merchant and MCC blocking, and real-time authorization and decline logic. The project covers electronic receipt capture, transaction reconciliation, and robust audit and reporting capabilities. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. Bidders must be US organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
