Merchant Processing Services

The agency is seeking merchant processing services for its location in Lawrenceville, GA. This includes credit and debit card payment processing, e-check processing, payroll card programs, disbursement or accounts payable solutions, and purchasing card programs. The agency also requires website development services and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system development. The project covers services necessary to maintain current payment card acceptance operations and expand these services for future growth. The agency aims to provide exceptional customer service and an enhanced level of convenience for customers and taxpayers. A Managed Service Fee Program for selected Departments, Agencies, and Courts is also requested. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. Performance of the work will occur offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
