RFI for Incubator Programs Services - Sources Sought

The government authority seeks incubator programs services to assess the feasibility and benefits of establishing incubator programs for secure facilities and networks at institutions of higher education. The scope includes establishing or expanding secure facilities and networks, increasing secure space availability for classified research and development, prototyping, secure collaboration, and research transition activities, and expanding the cleared technical workforce.
