Community Supports IT Systems

The agency is seeking community supports IT systems to support maintenance and operations, including help desk, and enhancement services. The project covers a full suite of community supports IT systems, including legacy and ancillary components as they are consolidated. The solution must maintain provider profiles, allow for adding/deactivating services and counties, updating profiles, requesting/deactivating privileges, and facilitating referrals. The scope of work includes system maintenance, access management, defect and incident management, integration and interfaces, service desk operations, and software deployment. The system must capture waiver and non-waiver functionality for case managers and waiver service providers via a web-based system, and include an integrated management portal. The agency requires the development, execution, and management of processes and procedures for technical and functional support, and the updating of system requirements and user stories. Eligibility requires an Onshore (USA Organization Only) entity. The performance of the work will be Offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held on July 30, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals. The solicitation requires adherence to Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business (IVOSB) subcontracting opportunities. Prime contractors must ensure proposed IVOSB subcontractors are certified and meet specific criteria, including a Valuable Scope Contribution. A signed letter of commitment from each IVOSB subcontractor is required. Failure to address subcontracting opportunities will not impact proposal evaluation.
