Oblique Digital Aerial Imagery Service

The agency is seeking oblique digital aerial imagery services for a one-time countywide acquisition. The imagery must be color, high resolution, and acquired under specific environmental conditions including leaf-off, minimal shadow, and clear skies. Acquisition must occur in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. The project covers the capture of imagery with a nominal ground sample distance of 3 inches or better. Bidders must clearly define imagery ownership rights, usage permissions, and any limitations. All delivered imagery shall include compliant metadata detailing resolution, data quality, spatial reference, attribute information, acquisition dates, and processing steps. The contractor shall provide a secure, web-based imagery viewer with training and user documentation. This viewer must be intuitive and easy to use for county and municipal users. If orthophotography is included, its technical details, specifications, and production processes must be described separately. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore USA organization only.
