RFI for Webscraped Apparel Products Service - Sources Sought

The agency is seeking a webscraped apparel products service. The service will provide structured datasets of apparel products from several national retailers, including prices and item details. This data will be used to conduct research on new Consumer Price Index alternative data methodologies and collection methods. The structured datasets must be delivered three times per month. Performance of the work can be onsite or offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The agency is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
