Internet Content Filtering Solution

The agency is seeking a mature, full-featured internet content filtering solution. The solution must be purpose-built for educational environments, focusing solely on content filtering without extending into unrelated security domains. It must include a parent portal for monitoring and managing student internet access, providing visibility into student activity and allowing for control settings as defined by applicable legislation. The solution needs to support regulatory compliance across various device use cases, including those on and off the local network, organization-owned and non-organization-owned devices, and devices connected to the organization's wireless network. The project covers internet content filtering and requests information regarding additional platform capabilities commonly utilized in K-12 education environments. These may include classroom management tools, student safety and monitoring features, rostering integrations, and related services. The solution should be flexible in deployment, easy to manage, and support integration with standard directory services for user management and logging. All work will be performed offsite. Eligibility requires bidders to be an onshore USA organization only. Questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. The contract period will be for four years.
