Enterprise Asset Management and GIS Support Services

The agency is seeking on-call Geographic Information System (GIS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) support services. The project covers technical support, configuration, system administration, GIS services, and implementation assistance to maintain and enhance the City's GIS and EAM environment. A key component involves assisting the city with migrating its existing Enterprise Geodatabase (SDE)-based architecture to a Portal for ArcGIS-centric environment while ensuring full functionality and integration. Bidders must demonstrate experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, SQL Server, and Enterprise Geodatabases. Experience migrating organizations from traditional Enterprise Geodatabase/SDE workflows to Portal- and service-based architectures, as well as supporting local government public works asset management systems, is required. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals regarding budget.
