GIS-based Risk and Adaptation Framework Services

The agency is seeking GIS-based risk and adaptation framework services. The project aims to build an integrated geospatial analysis layering climate hazard, port activity, and adaptation data for a selected port region. The consultant will compile and harmonize downscaled climate projections and hazard maps, including sea-level rise scenarios, coastal and pluvial flood risk, heat and humidity, and wind/storm data. The scope of work includes presenting the GIS-based risk and adaptation analysis. The agency expects the use of publicly available data such as port authority reports, OpenStreetMap, open-source vessel traffic data, and satellite imagery, alongside stakeholder-shared data where feasible. The mapping will cover terminals, berths, container yards, access roads and rail, fuel storage, and key utilities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Only) vendors. Performance of the work will be onsite. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online.
