Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Software

The buyer requires a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software package and related services. The scope includes data migration, implementation, post-conversion data quality review, and training. The system must value residential, commercial, industrial, special use properties, and vacant land. It needs to support global data changes, multiple parcel searches, cross-street lookups, and a table-driven system for reference data maintenance. The software must integrate with SQL Reporting Services and third-party applications like Excel, B1, SimpliCITY, Beacon, ESRI-compatible GIS, and Data Cloud. Sketching capabilities with automatic square footage computation are necessary. The system will produce online sales analysis and neighborhood data trend reports, and allow viewing of aerial imagery from within the application. Eligibility is restricted to Onshore (USA Organization Only) and work will be performed Offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
