Parking Management System

The buyer requires a parking management system to replace its current parking violations management, enforcement, and permit back-office system. This includes replacing the existing mobile enforcement application and printers, and acquiring supporting field peripherals. The system must unify parking citation issuance, processing, adjudication, and permitting functions, along with on-street parking activities and meter operations. Meter operations will use the system to track work orders, asset management, and inventory for approximately 1,000 pay-by-plate multi-space pay stations. The system is cloud-hosted and includes backup and recovery. The contract period is five years. Eligibility is restricted to US organizations only. The pre-bid meeting is on August 6, 2026, and questions are due by August 20, 2026. Proposals are requested.
