Enterprise Resource Planning Software

The buyer requires enterprise resource planning software. The software must manage general ledger hierarchy, chart of accounts, journal entries, financial periods, and invoice processing. It also needs to handle credit memos, down payments, payment validation, reconciliation, allocation, and collections. The system should manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, integrate with capital project systems, and track inventory levels and movements. Budget development, approval workflows, variance analysis, and scenario planning are also required. The software must integrate with HR and project systems for encumbrances, manage bank accounts and reconciliations, optimize cash flow, and support tax handling, foreign currency, and exchange rates. Eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located in Canada only. The performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The buyer is looking for proposals.
