The solution needs analytics and reporting tools for test owners, instructors, and administrators. It must support proctoring via web and mobile devices and integrate with the D2L Brightspace LMS using LTI. The system will record video, audio, location, and screens for evidence of potential violations. The vendor must be a US-based organization.
