Audit Management, Maintenance and Support System

The buyer requires an audit management, maintenance, and support system. The system must provide full audit management functionality, including end-to-end workflow integration from risk assessment through scheduling and execution of individual audits. It needs to cover planning, execution, documentation, and reporting, and manage vendors/auditees and all related audits. The system should also manage audit scheduling for staff, support annual planning and development of the audit plan, and provide risk and control management functionality. Additional requirements include tools for housing audits and correspondence, generating audit plans, a structured workpaper review process, a searchable finding library, tracking capabilities for findings and corrective actions, tracking of auditor hours, and questionnaire tracking functionality. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The performance of the work will be offsite. A pre-bid meeting will occur on August 11, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. The contract period will be for five years. The buyer is seeking proposals and has not stated a budget.
