Real Property Lease Service

The Township of Manchester seeks real property lease service for the attachment of wireless equipment to a township-owned lattice tower located at 1360 Rt. 70. The scope includes leasing space on the tower and up to 15'x20' of ground space. Equipment and shelters must be a matching neutral color, and no commercial signs are permitted. Bidders must be an onshore USA organization. All questions must be submitted by August 20, 2026. Bids are due September 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM, and must include a bid security of 10% of the annual rent, not exceeding $20,000. The Township is looking for proposals.
