The buyer requires a cloud-based, on-demand trades training platform. This platform must be a customizable, interactive, and robust Learning Management System (LMS) and workforce development platform supporting facilities management occupations. It needs to be compatible with iOS and Android mobile applications and web browsers including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. The system will manage the full employee development lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced certification, and support learners and administrators across multiple departments and locations. The platform will deliver, manage, track, and report on educational and training content for skilled trades, safety, leadership, and project management. The contract period is one year, and the work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA) organizations only.
