Cloud-Based Inmate Technology System

The Department requires a cloud-based inmate technology system. This system must include inmate telephone service, inmate tablet service for eligible inmates, digital mail, and e-messaging. The system will operate on a centralized network connected to designated facilities and remote locations. It must control unique user IDs for traceability, provide a public-facing website for family account creation, and offer voice-operated exchange or continuous recording with automatic time adjustments. The e-messaging solution must be flexible, scalable, and configurable, retaining all messages and content per Department requirements. The system must also allow for automatic blocking of messages from restricted senders and provide a method for system-wide or individual call shutdown. The vendor must be an onshore (USA Organization Only) entity. Performance of the work will be offsite. All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online. The Department is looking for proposals.
