RFI for Data Repository Services

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks data repository services. The buyer requires a secure, cloud-based relational database to house student-level data from GEAR UP grantees nationwide. The scope includes developing, migrating, hosting, and maintaining the repository, annual data submission and validation, historical data migration, National Student Clearinghouse data integration, and the creation and management of unique national student identifiers. The buyer also requires secure, real-time access to raw data and data-sharing and confidentiality agreements. The contract period is five years, with a potential for a long-term partnership. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. The buyer is looking for proposals.
