The scope includes routine operations and maintenance, network relocations and changes, and both non-emergency and emergency restoration and repair. Services must encompass outside plant and inside plant fiber construction, including boring, trenching, conduit work, and splicing. The vendor must demonstrate experience in asphalt and concrete removal and replacement, be able to determine fiber breaks without visible damage, and install route markers and handholes. A 24/7/365 emergency service capability with telephone support and an escalation procedure is required. The performance of work will be offsite at the vendor's premises.
