Routing System

The city seeks a complete solid waste management software solution. The required system includes robust routing for drivers, easy route creation and sequencing, inventory management, and a dispatch/work order system. The city prefers a Software as a Service model and requires integration with its existing billing program. The solution must allow for individual and bulk customer additions and include a customer web portal for reviewing roll-off tonnage reports. All questions must be submitted by September 2, 2026. The contract period is one year. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities. Performance of the work will be offsite. The city is looking for proposals.
