Adaptive AI Simulation on Quantum Paradigm Framework Service

The buyer requires adaptive AI simulation on a quantum paradigm framework. This service will support future Modelling and Simulation capability development by assessing the potential role of quantum technologies. The vendor must demonstrate that end-to-end quantum-compatible reformulation is technically feasible, computationally meaningful, and operationally interpretable. Artificial Intelligence will be investigated as a cross-cutting support capability, assisting with tasks such as problem decomposition, variable and constraint identification, mathematical reformulation, candidate formulation generation, semantic consistency checking, benchmarking design, baseline identification, and traceable documentation. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Proposals are requested, and the performance of the work will be offsite.
