The County seeks automated medication dispensing and packaging machines, along with maintenance and consumables services. The required functionality includes secure storage, PIN or biometric authentication, integration with the County's pharmacy information system and EMR, real-time inventory management, and audit reporting. The vendor must provide 24x7 phone support with remote diagnostics and unlimited support requests, as well as 7-day-a-week, 24-hour-a-day onsite support including all parts, labor, and travel, with unlimited unscheduled onsite visits. The work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The County is looking for proposals. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 18, 2026, and all questions are due by September 1, 2026.
