Finance Management System Development and Support Services

The buyer requires a vendor to deliver finance management system development and support services. The requested scope includes supporting a flexible, scalable chart of accounts and multi-currency dimension structure, period management, accrual-based accounting, and a configurable workflow-driven purchase requisition approval process that does not require full Business Central licences for requisition users. The system must also provide online goods and service receipts, three-way matching, a searchable purchase order register, an integrated procurement approval and contract management solution, fixed asset hierarchy management, end-to-end payment processing with banking file integration, and budget reporting. To eligible to bid, vendors must be located onshore in Ireland. The required work will be performed offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online to provide pricing, as the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
