Microsoft 365 Migration and Implementation Services

The city requires a vendor to provide Microsoft 365 migration and implementation services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must handle Microsoft 365 planning and configuration, including licensing reviews and recommendations for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Scope requirements include designing SharePoint and OneDrive architecture, establishing governance, security, and data protection standards, and providing migration support for troubleshooting, cutover, testing, and post-migration verification. To qualify, vendors must meet the onshore eligibility requirement of USA Only. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit any questions no later than September 02, 2026. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the city seeks proposals to determine the budget.
