Integrated Library System

The public library requires a vendor to provide a fully hosted software-as-a-service Integrated Library System. The buyer expects the vendor to deliver software, configuration, implementation, ongoing support, maintenance, and upgrades. The scope includes comprehensive migration services from the current SirsiDynix Horizon system, covering data extraction, clean up, normalization, validation, and testing. Additionally, the vendor must supply staff training, documentation, project management, post-launch support, and robust reporting and analytics tools for automated and custom reports. Only United States organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
