Homelessness and Substance Use Services

The government authority located in California requires a vendor to provide homelessness and substance use services. The selected proposer must deliver outreach and engagement, substance abuse recovery services, harm reduction and overdose prevention, housing and stabilization support, and collaboration and reporting. Specific duties include conducting assessments, providing case management, connecting clients to treatment and housing, educating participants on fentanyl risks, maintaining service records, and submitting monthly and quarterly reports. Work performance will occur offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online, and limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations only. The project budget is up to 100,000 USD.
