Work Order Survey and Aerial Mapping Services

The government authority in Washington requires a vendor to provide work order surveying and aerial mapping services, including pre-project site, bathymetric, and as-built surveys, legal boundary descriptions, aerial photogrammetry, and LiDAR. The vendor must prepare certified maps of existing conditions and collect topographic data at a density sufficient for 1-foot contour intervals. Deliverables include topographic base and as-built mapping provided in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2025 or earlier, Architectural 3D, MEP, or AutoCAD 2021 according to county CAD standards, alongside PDF and TIF archive files.
