Indigenous External Evaluator Service

The government authority located in Ontario requires an onshore Canadian organization to provide Indigenous external evaluator services for three years. The buyer needs the vendor to conduct an evaluation using Indigenous evaluation methodologies across four health research pillars: clinical, basic science, epidemiology, and social science. The vendor must develop a comprehensive evaluation process that recognizes Indigenous cultures as non-homogeneous and understands how evaluation fits within each community. The buyer requires all research initiatives to be grounded in Indigenous knowledge and decolonizing methodologies, aligning with disparate Indigenous worldviews and community norms.
