Website Design, Development, Migration, and Implementation Services Using CMS

The buyer requires website design, development, migration, and implementation services utilizing HubSpot CMS (Content Hub). The requested scope includes creating an agency brand-aligned visual design system, reusable page templates, and content modules. The buyer expects the vendor to conduct a content audit of the existing website, deliver a responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and ensure WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility compliance. Additionally, the scope covers digital marketing, SEO, AEO, analytics, training, digital strategy guidance, documentation, and website governance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online and asks for proposals to determine the budget. The contract term spans three years. Vendors must submit all questions no later than August 27, 2026.
