Public Art Policy Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a public art policy service to update its public art policy. The requested scope includes conducting relevant research, policy review, benchmarking, and data collection, as well as creating a stakeholder engagement strategy. The vendor must provide recommendations on funding sources, strategies, governance, and administrative protocols. Additionally, the vendor must prepare a background report and a strategic directions report that articulates how to integrate the existing municipal public art program into a coordinated public art ecosystem. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore Canadian organizations. Performers may complete the work onsite or offsite. The contract period spans two years. Vendors must pay and register on the tendering authority's website to obtain an unwatermarked RFP document. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online and lists the budget status as looking for proposals. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 04, 2026.
