Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System

The City seeks a vendor to evaluate, recommend, furnish, install, integrate, configure, test, commission, and support a complete turnkey Advanced Metering Infrastructure system. The chosen vendor must replace approximately 3,500 existing water meters with smart technology, establish an AMI communications network, deploy a secure customer web portal, train staff, and provide warranty services offsite. Integration requirements mandate connecting the AMI system to the City's existing Tyler InCode 10 Customer Information System and utility billing platform through direct integration, APIs, secure file transfers, or import/export processes. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. The City seeks proposals to establish the project budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
