Marquee Sign Services

The buyer requires marquee sign services, including new or replacement installations. The scope mandates sign specifications featuring full-color resolution with 10 mm or less, an Electronic Message Center (EMC) with a 16 mm pixel pitch and a 60 x 150 matrix, and sign sizes ranging from 3’ x 7’ to 8’ x 12’. Vendors must provide vector graphics, graphic designs for school logos or mascots, UL-listed display enclosures, manufacturer-supported control software, and 6-inch building address numerals in a contrasting color. To remain eligible, bidders must be an onshore US organization. Vendors will perform the work offsite and may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer requests proposal submissions for the budget and establishes a one-year contract period. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 28, 2026.
