Security Boulders Service

The government authority in Flint Parks, Michigan, requires a vendor to provide natural landscape security boulders to restrict unauthorized vehicle access and improve park security. Slabs or pavers are impermissible. The buyer requires durable, structurally sound boulders free from significant cracks or defects. Each boulder must weigh approximately half to one ton, measure three to four feet wide, and feature a size and shape suitable for restricting vehicles. Vendors must perform the work offsite and specify the proposed boulder type, approximate dimensions, and anticipated weight range in their bids. The buyer mandates approval for any substitutions or significant variations in boulder size or weight prior to delivery. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations and requests budget proposals from bidders. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 26, 2026.
