The buyer requires a vendor to provide website redesign, content management system (CMS) implementation, hosting, content migration, training, and ongoing support services. The requested scope includes building a modern, accessible, mobile-first website with a secure, browser-based CMS that allows staff to manage content without programming skills. The vendor must redesign the homepage around high-priority services, public notices, meetings, news, alerts, events, and frequently requested information. Additional scope covers improving navigation, site structure, department landing pages, search, keyword tools, user experience, analytics, reporting, APIs, data export, and third-party system integrations. Only USA organizations operating onshore are eligible to apply, and performance of the work will be offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
