Web-Based Candidate Screening and Assessment Platform

The judiciary seeks a vendor to provide a secure, commercially available, web-based candidate screening and assessment platform for a one-year contract period. The platform must enable authorized judiciary personnel to independently create, edit, customize, duplicate, administer, manage, score, and report on assessments for various positions. Furthermore, the platform must allow personnel to maintain reusable question banks, manage data, and configure assessment settings such as scoring methodologies, passing thresholds, time limits, and eligibility requirements. The vendor must perform all work offsite and include all routine software maintenance, updates, security patches, and system enhancements. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations. The judiciary seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online.
