Peer Recovery Services and Electronic Health Record Systems

The buyer needs a vendor to provide peer recovery services and electronic health record (EHR) systems for a one-year contract period. The requested scope requires the vendor to analyze current peer operations and build standalone workflows meeting Medicaid reimbursement criteria to reduce Same Day Access wait times. The vendor must draft standard operating procedures, policies, and forms that omit trauma-inducing, clinical expectations. Additional duties include leading a peer-informed EHR platform redesign, building trauma-informed documentation templates, establishing recovery-oriented outcome measurement tools in standard EHR fields, and creating workforce tools to transition staff into the new workflows. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations only. The vendor will perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
