Intranet Redesign Services

The New York State Insurance Fund seeks vendor proposals to provide ThoughtFarmer intranet redesign services. The buyer requires offsite performance under a five-year contract term that begins upon approval by the Office of the State Comptroller. Vendors must submit all questions by August 26, 2026, and may submit responses digitally through email or online. The buyer limits eligibility to USA onshore organizations that qualify as New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses under Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law, or as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses under Article 3 of the New York State Veterans’ Services Law. The buyer seeks proposals with a maximum contract value not to exceed $1,500,000.
