Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Service

The government authority in Princeton, New Jersey seeks a USA-based vendor to provide offsite diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) services in the health professions. The selected vendor will connect and support leaders, organizations, and institutions across the ecosystem to strengthen relationships, align strategy, and facilitate shared learning and collective action. Additional duties include coordinating communications and narrative strategies, supporting an affirmative DEIB narrative, and planning workshops, sessions, strategy meetings, or panels at key events. The buyer requires the contractor to maintain an ongoing infrastructure for peer learning, resource sharing, and coordinated action. The contractor will also create and steward shared spaces, including communities of practice, peer learning networks, working groups, or strategy tables. Bidders must submit Letters of Intent by September 24, 2026. The resulting contract spans two years, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
