ADA Improvements and Sidewalk Gap Closure Services

The City of Palmdale, California requires a vendor to provide ADA improvements and sidewalk gap closure services. The requested scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work required to complete the project. Specific work may encompass coordination, permitting, public notification, traffic control implementation and maintenance, spatial inventory of surface utility infrastructure, surveying, clearing and grubbing, unclassified excavation, concrete demolition, curb and gutter work, curb ramps, sidewalk construction, detached retaining wall installation, and adjustment of utility infrastructure.
