Accessibility Products and Services

The University System of Maryland seeks proposals from vendors to provide accessibility products and services under RFP USM-MEEC-2610. The buyer intends to establish multi-award contracts for use by MEEC member institutions. Vendors will deliver tools and services to assist members in complying with federal and state accessibility requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Department of Justice Title II Regulations, alongside conforming with WCAG 2.1 AA or higher for web content, documents, and digital learning materials. Contractors will perform work offsite. Only USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors may submit responses digitally through email or online by September 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. The buyer will hold a pre-proposal conference via Teams on August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST, and will provide the meeting link after receiving a completed Exhibit N.
