Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System

The buyer requires a comprehensive Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software solution to replace its existing system. To deliver a fully operational production system, the selected vendor must provide all software, personnel, project management, documentation, implementation activities, professional services, and ongoing support. The solution must deliver a configurable assessment administration platform and an integrated GIS experience where GIS functions as an operational component rather than just a separate mapping application. Performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations only (Onshore). The buyer seeks proposal pricing for a one-year contract period.
