The buyer seeks a vendor to provide annual turnkey event management, entertainment, production, and promotional services. The requested scope includes planning, coordinating, promoting, producing, and executing events ranging from small community gatherings to large-scale public festivals and concerts. Specific tasks encompass event planning, consultation, concept development, theme creation, master event scheduling, website development, event webpages, graphic design, logo development, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media campaigns.
