Mural Services

The City of Birmingham's Office of Unhoused Strategies, Department of Community Development, and Church of the Reconciler require mural services addressing the theme of Redefining Community. The buyer seeks individual artists or artist teams to activate Church of the Reconciler’s street and alley facing surfaces to bring the community together, educate populations on advocating for unhoused neighbors, and create a replicable economic model of community-led change. Eligible vendors must be onshore United States organizations, and the offsite performance will occur offsite. Vendors must submit all questions by September 1, 2026. The buyer accepts digital proposals via email or online and asks vendors to submit budget proposals. The buyer evaluates proposals based on artistic excellence as evidenced by submitted materials, professional experience, and community engagement.
