Statewide Surveying, Photogrammetry and Subsurface Utility Designation and Location Services

The Virginia Department of Transportation requires a vendor to provide statewide professional geospatial, surveying, photogrammetry, and subsurface utility designation and location services. The requested scope includes aerial photography, photogrammetry, aerial LiDAR, terrestrial LiDAR, mobile LiDAR, GIS services, construction surveys, hydrographic surveying, GPS services, geodetic surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, hydraulic surveys, as-built surveys, boundary surveys, data fusion, staff augmentation, and ancillary services such as traffic control and title reports. The contract spans a one-year period, and the performance of work will occur offsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget. Eligibility restricts participation to USA onshore organizations. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 03, 2026.
