Benefits Broker and Consultant Services

The government authority located in Birmingham, AL requires a qualified USA-based vendor to serve as its benefits broker of record and strategic advisor to the human resources department. The selected vendor must deliver strategic benefits advisory services, manage benefits brokerage tasks, support annual open enrollment and benefits administration, and conduct claims and utilization analysis. The vendor will perform all work offsite within its own office premises. The buyer accepts proposals only from onshore, USA-based organizations.
