Mesa Wetlands Bank Pickup Pond Site Construction Services

The Mesa County Public Works Department requires a vendor to provide wetland bank pickup pond site construction services in Colorado under a one-year contract. The scope includes creating and enhancing wetlands at Pickup Pond to improve aquatic resources within the river floodplain by filling a relic gravel-mining pond. Construction activities require mobilization, installation of Best Management Practices (BMPs), grading, filling, landscape restoration, planting, and BMP removal. Performance of the work will occur onsite. Only onshore, United States organizations are eligible to submit bids. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on September 3, 2026.
