The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, deploy, and host a public-facing, responsive website and an event scheduling platform using a client-ready content management system. The requested scope includes website pages, a visual events calendar, an event request form, contact forms, social media ingestion for display, logo and visual theme development, hosting, and ongoing support, maintenance, and uptime monitoring. The event scheduling platform must replace current Google Forms with a structured workflow, incorporate public engagement features like sharing and RSVPs, and integrate with internal Google Calendars. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA organizations, and the contractor will perform all work offsite.
