The Barbour County Commission accepts sealed bids for a turnkey IP-based video surveillance system installation at the Barbour County Fairgrounds in Belington, WV. The buyer requires all labor, materials, equipment, programming, testing, commissioning, training, cabling, conduit, network equipment, mounting hardware, surge protection, labeling, and documentation. The contractor must supply INVID Vision Series IP cameras exclusively, along with a compatible NVR featuring 30 days continuous recording, remote viewing, user management, playback, export capability, and mobile app support. Further requirements include CAT6 or better cabling, PoE switches, patch panels, fiber where required, rack hardware, cable management, neat weatherproof installations, as-built drawings, network diagrams, equipment inventory, manuals, warranty information, and administrative credentials. Only USA organizations may bid. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit on August 26, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the fairgrounds. Contractors may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer seeks proposals and pays in four progress payments at project award, 50% completion, 75% completion, and final completion. Preferred payment is by credit card without a convenience fee. The contractor must complete installation prior to December 31, 2026. Performance of the work will occur onsite.
