Architectural Services

The Newton County Commission seeks sealed RFQs for RFQ 2026-24: Architectural Services for 911 in Neosho, Missouri. The buyer requires vendors to provide architectural services with onsite work performance. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Bidders must submit sealed proposals containing comprehensive information for evaluation to the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850. The Commission is looking for proposal budgets. The Commission must receive sealed RFQs no later than 10:00 am on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at which time the buyer will open and read the submissions. The buyer disqualifies any RFQ not received at the appointed time and refuses postage due mailings or emailed bids. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
